These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Color Flood mobile game (the "app"), published by SoftMobiXBD ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The short version. The game is free to play and free to keep. Play it however you like on your own devices, but do not copy, resell, or tamper with it. Coins and stars are game features, not property, and have no cash value. We provide the app as it is and cannot promise it will be flawless.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Color Flood on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all other rights.
Your settings, stars, streaks, statistics, and coins are stored only on your device. We do not hold a copy, so we cannot restore them. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or using Settings → Reset all progress will erase them permanently. Progress does not transfer between devices.
Coins, stars, streaks, and any other in-game item are a licensed feature of the app, not your property. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may adjust game balance, including the cost or reward of in-game items, in future versions.
Color Flood is free and is supported by ads served through Google AdMob: optional reward videos, which are always your choice and never required to complete a board, and an occasional full-screen ad after a won board. Advertisements come from third parties, and we do not control or endorse their content. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Any purchase offered inside the app is processed by Google Play Billing and is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled by Google under its refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly. Purchases unlock features within this app only, on the Google account used to buy them.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, and we may stop supporting older versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; ads and billing require an internet connection and depend on third-party services, although the game itself is fully playable offline.
Color Flood, its name, icon, artwork, audio, palettes, and code are owned by SoftMobiXBD and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Color Flood is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftMobiXBD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may revise these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date above changes and the current version is published at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
