We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on your Android device for your own entertainment.
The Game, including its code, artwork, logo, name, sounds, and design, is owned by Softmobix and protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Game is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob), and uses Google Firebase services for crash reporting and notifications. Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy. There are no in-app purchases.
Coins, skins, and scores in the Game are virtual, have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be reset or changed as part of updates.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softmobix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game (or these Terms) at any time. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
