Thank you for using "QuickMath Quest." Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K).

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask for or store any personal data from users of our app. There are no accounts, sign-ups, names, or email addresses collected anywhere in the app. Game progress, streaks, stats, and achievements are saved locally on your device only and are never sent to our servers.

Like most modern apps, we do use automated third-party tools (listed below) that collect limited non-personal technical and usage data — for example, which game modes are played, app crash reports, and general device information. This data is not used to identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

To improve the app experience, we use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics: Helps us understand which of the 12 game modes are popular and where players get stuck, so we can improve difficulty and fix bugs. Collects non-personal usage events (e.g. game started, level completed) and general device/app info — never names, emails, or precise location.
• Firebase Crashlytics & Cloud Messaging: Helps us diagnose crashes and send important app update notifications.
• Google AdMob: Displays ads within the app. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to serve ads, in accordance with Google's Families Policy.

3. Advertisements

We use Google AdMob to monetize the app. AdMob may collect non-personalized technical data (such as device identifiers) to serve ads. We configure our ad settings to keep ads appropriate for a general, family-friendly audience, in line with Google's Families Policies.

4. Permissions Used

Our app requests notification permission to send push notifications via Firebase. No other device permissions (camera, storage, microphone, etc.) are required.

5. Compliance with Child Protection Laws

Because our app may be used by children as well as older students and adults, we follow COPPA and GDPR-K guidelines:

• No names, emails, or other personally identifiable information is collected from any user.
• No user accounts or sign-ups are required or offered.
• Analytics and crash data are used only to operate and improve the app (an "internal operations" use under COPPA) — never to build advertising profiles of individual children or to serve personally targeted ads.
• Parental consent is not required, as we do not collect personal data from children.

6. Data Security

We do not operate our own servers that store personal data — there is nothing tied to your identity for us to lose. Third-party services (Firebase and AdMob) process limited, non-personalized technical data under their own security and privacy programs.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes — for example, when we add new features or third-party services. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
