Delete Your Account

1Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately — no waiting on us.

1. Open NumIQ and sign in if you are not already.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog.

2Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled NumIQ or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you:

Email: softmobixbd@gmail.com with the subject "NumIQ account deletion request".

Include the Google account email address you used to sign in, so we can find the right account. If you played as a guest without linking an account, tell us your device model and roughly when you last played — guest accounts have no email attached, so that is what we have to match on.

We verify ownership before deleting anything, then confirm by email once it is done. Requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

3What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your sign-in identity (Google or Apple) and account record
• Display name, email address, and profile picture
• Level, XP, coins, IQ score, and rank
• Puzzle history, solve statistics, and attempt records
• Streaks, badges, and achievements
• Leaderboard entries
• Premium status and any remaining subscription time
• Notification tokens and app preferences

4What we keep, and for how long

A small amount of data survives deletion, in a form no longer linked to you:

• Purchase and transaction records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are held by Google Play, not by us.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics — for example total puzzles solved across all players. These contain no identifier that points back to you.
• Crash and diagnostic logs — automatically purged within 90 days.
• Puzzle reports you submitted — the report text is kept so we can keep fixing the puzzle, but it is detached from your account.

Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule, so a deleted account may persist in an encrypted backup for up to 90 days before it is overwritten. It is not accessible or restorable during that window.

5Playing as a guest

If you never signed in and played as a guest, your progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling NumIQ removes it. There is no account on our side to delete.
