The rules for using NumIQ, in plain language where we can manage it.
By downloading, installing, or using NumIQ ("the App"), published by SoftMobiXBD (softmobixbd) ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may play as a guest (anonymous account) or link a Google account. Guest accounts have no recovery method — if you lose access to your device or clear app data, guest progress cannot be restored. Linking a Google account is required before making a purchase, so it can always be restored on a new device.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any linked account and for all activity that occurs under it.

NumIQ Pro subscriptions and coin packs are billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled — manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Google Play Store account settings.
Deleting your NumIQ account does not cancel an active Play Store subscription — you must cancel it separately, or you will continue to be billed.
If you believe a puzzle has an incorrect answer, unclear wording, or another genuine issue, you can report it from within the App. We review each report and, at our sole discretion, may grant a reward (temporary NumIQ Pro access or bonus coins) if we confirm the issue. Rewards are a goodwill gesture, not an entitlement — we may decline to grant one, change the type or amount offered, or end the reporting program at any time. Submitting reports you know to be false to try to obtain a reward is a violation of these Terms and may result in the reward being reversed and the account suspended.
All puzzles, artwork, branding, and app content are owned by SoftMobiXBD or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
In-game items (coins, XP, badges, Pro status, badges awarded from puzzle reports) have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.
You may stop using NumIQ and delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.
NumIQ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftMobiXBD and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress, data, or virtual items.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of NumIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
NumIQ is developed and operated by SoftMobiXBD (softmobixbd), an individual-run studio based in Bangladesh — not a registered company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, except where local consumer-protection law in your own country gives you rights that can't be waived by this clause.
